Are you an ambitious Engineer-in-Training (EIT) eager to grow with a rapidly expanding civil, environmental, and transportation engineering firm? With offices in Perry, Mansfield, and Brunswick, Georgia, we offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team. We are planning to open a Roswell, Georgia office in 2025 and to hire several levels of experienced engineers to build our presence around Metro-Atlanta.

Working for a smaller, but well-respected engineering firm, you’ll play a key role in planning and designing innovative water, wastewater, stormwater, environmental, and transportation infrastructure solutions that make a tangible impact in our communities. You’ll have direct access to Directors and Principals for mentoring as well as having your voice heard within the company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Review development plans for compliance with municipal and state standards associated with stormwater.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater systems. Experience using multiple software platforms is preferred but not required (i.e., Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, SWMM, ICPR).
- Plan and design stormwater systems including mass grading.
- Perform field investigations for environmental impacts associated with civil infrastructure projects.
- Conduct economic analyses for civil infrastructure projects to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare construction specifications, plans, and associated project documents.
- Ensure timely and effective project execution to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will:
- Be registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Georgia.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, or transportation planning or design.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Hold a current and valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Commit to adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

- Have a current and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
