PROJECT DESCTRIPTION:

One of our clients recently purchased a 750-acre tract of land in Glynn County, GA. He plans to manage the property in accordance with an existing conservation easement and needed to gather up-to-date aerial imagery of the property to better guide management strategy. Our local FAA-Certified Drone Pilot, Cohen Carpenter, produced a 7-minute video of the property for him to review the condition of timbers stands, identify and significant natural features, and evaluate property boundaries. The client was very pleased with the footage, stating “I’m really stoked with the outcome of the video and the clarity.  You guys did a great job referencing where you were. I can see well over the areas with distinct or unique characteristics. This is exactly what I was looking for!
