The GWES team came together in Warner Robins for the 2024 Career Development Workshop, an engaging session centered on empowering younger professionals and strengthening team collaboration.

Discussions focused on what motivates today’s emerging workforce – from meaningful work and flexibility to opportunities for growth and mentorship. Senior leadership shared strategies for fostering a supportive culture that encourages learning, innovation, and career progression.

After the workshop, the team enjoyed an afternoon of bowling, laser tag, and arcade games at Rigby’s, followed by dinner and fellowship at Gracie’s Rooftop Bar – a fun and relaxing way to wrap up a productive day of connection and development.
