Scope of Services: Survey, Preliminary and Final Design, Bidding, and Construction Administration

Project Description: As part of their storm drainage capital improvement plan, the City of Perry is pursuing improvements associated with flooding issues at the intersection of 3rd Street and Parkway Drive. Residential properties are experiencing flooding issues due to inadequate infrastructure, absence of swales and culverts, and flat topography. Previous efforts performed by the City did not address flooding issues outside of the 3rd Street right-of-way. The purpose for this project is to reduce the likelihood of flooding issues on private property and increase the capacity of infrastructure to convey stormwater. GWES’s services include topographic survey, development of preliminary and final drawings and technical specifications, preparation of Contract Documents, bidding, and construction administration efforts.

Project Completion: Currently Under Construction
