PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In 2019, the City of Perry (City) requested engineering consulting services to update and complete design and construction of Heritage Park Phase I located off of Sam Nunn Boulevard in Perry, GA.  GWES updated the project documents (reports, plans, and specifications) and associated permits necessary to advertise Heritage Park for bidding.  Heritage Park is an 11.4-acre recreational park with construction activities including excavation, removal of debris and trash, clearing of trees and brush, grading, installation of storm drainage and detention/sediment pond, installation of asphalt and gravel drive and parking areas, installation of concrete and brick walkways, installation of water piping and appurtenances, and installation of landscaping and irrigation piping.  Construction of the park was completed in April of 2020.
