PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In 2019, the City of Perry (City) requested engineering consulting services to update and complete design and construction of Legacy Park Phase I located near downtown at the corner of Main Street and Carroll Street in Perry, GA.  GWES updated the project documents (reports, plans, and specifications) and associated permits necessary to advertise Legacy Park for bidding.  Legacy Park is a 1.2-acre recreational park with construction activities including excavation, removal of debris and trash, clearing of trees and brush, grading, removal and replacement of curb and gutter and pavement, installation of storm drainage piping and structures, installation of concrete and brick walkways, and installation of landscaping and irrigation piping and appurtenances.  Construction of the park was completed in April of 2020.
