The design focused on approximately 13 acres of road frontage which included POV/MEP parking and circulation, walkways, landscaping, stormwater control, installation of security lighting, striping and signage. Work included removing and replacing existing pavement, installing new parking areas on the north and south of the site, and installing storm drainage improvements.
